# Commercial electricity, gas, solar and EV charging

> Get a commercial site's electricity, gas, solar or EV charging priced: the load, utility territory and term set out the way suppliers and installers quote.

Loadfactor: Your site's load, put the way suppliers price it. Send a requirement.

## What it is for

A business site pays for energy through a utility tariff or a supply contract and may want to change that: a fixed-price electricity or gas contract at renewal, on-site solar to cut daytime cost, or chargers for a fleet or customers. What is available depends on annual usage, peak demand, utility territory and the term the business will commit to. Set out the site, the load, the utility territory and the term the way a supplier or installer needs to see them.

Facility and operations managers, finance staff renewing an energy contract, fleet managers electrifying vehicles, property owners adding chargers or solar, and agents acting for them.

## What happens next

You get a reference number and a written brief of the site's requirement. We look at every requirement, and when we can point you to a supplier or installer that serves your territory, we reply to the email you leave. Some states, Texas among them, license energy brokers and we hold no such registration, so any contract is agreed by you directly. Nothing is ordered or committed until you agree terms. Contact details are kept apart from the requirement and deleted after 180 days.

## What you get

A reference number, a brief of the site's energy requirement (load, utility territory, contract or project type and term) suppliers and installers can price, and a reply when we can point you to one.

## Scope

United States; other markets are recorded as stated.

- Usage, demand and tariff figures are recorded as you state them; no bill is read or audited.

Regulated activity: Arranging retail electricity supply for a fee is a registered activity in Texas (Utilities Code 39.3555), and other states have their own rules. No such registration is held here. Not done here: introducing a supplier or arranging a contract.
